Your truly local Credit Union. Shoreline Hometown Credit Union is proud to be a part of The Lakeshore and being the Hometown Credit Union means something to us. At Shoreline Credit Union, we have always been a supporter of our community in Manitowoc County. We focus our commitment by volunteerism, giving and sponsorships. We are very proud of The Hometown Program that we started two years ago. The purpose of this program is to help promote and encourage our membership to eat, drink, and shop at local hometown small businesses. The program has over 100 participating businesses and we offer our members 2X Rewards Points when visiting these businesses. The Rewards Points can then be used for Hometown Gift Certificates.

The Hometown Program has helped the local Lakeshore community greatly! Members have spent over $200,000 at local, participating Hometown Businesses. This equates to $40,000 more staying in the local economy. We have issued over $25,000 in Hometown Reward Gift Certificates to members. The program is no cost to each business. Each business receives an annual rebate of interchange income and they receive a free Marketing Report based on transactions at the business. They will also get free joint marketing as a Hometown Business to drive customers through the door.

We sponsored even more community events in 2020! We were the presenting sponsor for Cars & Guitars, and the Kiwanis Car and Motorcycle Show. Major sponsorships include Kiwanis Fish Derby, Salvation Army, Miracle League, Adopt-A- Highway, Felician Village Car Show and Two Rivers Main Street events such as the Cool City Car Show, Ethnic Fest and the Hometown Christmas Parade.
