What number do I call to activate the card?
1-866-762-0558. This number will also be on the sticker on the card when it first arrives. When activating the card, it will ask for the “Primary cardholder’s information” this is the information of the person whose name is on the card, not necessarily the primary member on the account.
Is there any annual fee, balance transfer fee, or cash advance fee?
No, Shoreline does not charge an annual fee, balance transfer fee, nor fee for cash advances.

How can I make payments on the card?
Payments can be made by quick transfers, schedule one time future payments, and schedule recurring payments for either minimum balance, or statement balance. All payment activity can be managed from our mobile app.
What date are payments due?
Payment dates will always be on the 28th of every month.

Do cards have contactless tap to pay?
Yes. Anywhere that you see a symbol like this, the card can use its contactless chip. We encourage our members to use Contactless as a safer, quicker, and more secure method of transacting at participating businesses.
Will I be able to get same day replacement with the cards?
Yes. If anything happens to your card, and a new one needs to be created, we can create them in person at the branches.

Credit Card Lock/Unlock feature now available on our Mobile App.
Protect yourself from Credit Card fraud! In addition to temporarily locking and unlocking your Shoreline debit card in the mobile app, you now have the ability to lock/unlock your credit card in the Mobile App. This feature helps prevent unauthorized card use if you misplace your wallet, purse, or phone. Once you locate your card, you can easily turn the card back on again.
Locking/Unlocking Card from the Account Home tab
You can lock your credit card using the following steps:
- Login to your Shoreline Credit Union Mobile App.
- Click the More menu.
- Click the Manage My Cards icon.
- Click on the card you need to manage.
- Slide the Active/Locked slider to the status you need..
