When my fiancé and I ended up in an unfortunate automobile accident shortly after the holidays, we were left stranded. We needed to find a replacement vehicle so we could get home and get things sorted out. Thankfully, because I’m from Manitowoc we qualified for an auto loan through Shoreline! No one ever expects to be involved in an accident, that only happens to other people… right? Amidst the stress and overwhelming emotion that comes with situations such as these, Matt York and Jason Scharping were over-and-above spectacular. Keeping us levelheaded and on track to getting ourselves back up and running. Both Matt and Jason were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly kind. They were patient with us as we went through this difficult time, helping to expedite the process without adding more stress to an already challenging situation. Shoreline is an example of how beautiful a small-town dynamic can be. We were strangers walking in but left feeling like family. That’s not something you find often in a banking environment. We are both incredibly thankful for all that Matt and Jason did for us, and cannot sing their praises enough. If you need a loan or if you need a place you can trust, put that trust in Shoreline.
