Credit Card Lock/Unlock feature now available in Online Banking.
Protect yourself from Credit Card fraud! In addition to temporarily locking and unlocking your Shoreline debit card in the mobile app, you now have the ability to lock/unlock your credit card in the Online Banking portal. This feature helps prevent unauthorized card use if you misplace your wallet, purse, or phone. Once you locate your card, you can easily turn the card back on again.
To visit the Shoreline Credit Card portal, Login to Online Banking here. Click on your Credit Card and then “Manage this Card”. From there, you have two options.
Locking/Unlocking Card from the Account Home tab
You can lock your credit card using the following steps:
- Login to Online Banking here. Click on your Credit Card and then “Manage this Card”.
- Click the Account Home tab.
- Click the Lock/Unlock icon. The confirmation screen displays.
- Click the OK button. The card is locked/unlocked and cannot/can be used depending on which option you chose.
Locking/Unlocking Card from View Transactions
You can lock your credit card using the following steps:
- Login to Online Banking here. Click on your Credit Card and then “Manage this Card”.
- Click the Statements & Activity tab.
- Select View Transactions from the drop-down menu. The View Transactions screen displays.
- Click the Lock/Unlock icon. The confirmation screen displays.
- Click the OK button.The card is locked/unlocked and cannot/can be used depending on which option you chose.
