What is Shoreline's Routing Number?

Can I open an account online?
Yes, we have a convenient way for you to open an account online – complete the online application process. Things you will need include Social Security Number, Driver’s License, Contact Information, and a Valid Email Address.
Can I send money to one of my accounts at another financial?
Yes. In your online banking/mobile app, look for the Account to Account (A2A) option.
Transfer money and make payments from your shoreline account to accounts and loans at other financials. Transfer up to $750 per day, and up to $5,000 per rolling 30 days.
- Get the routing and account number of your destination account(s)
- Log into your online banking.
- Set up the A2A account destination(s) you would like on the A2A “External Transfer Form.” (approval may take up to 5 days, and must be a member for at least 30 days)
- Once approved, A2A transfers can be made in the Pay & Transfer section in your online banking/mobile app.
Transfers may take up to 3 business days for receiving financial to deposit.
How do I put in a travel notice?
Enter the travel notice in your online banking or mobile app. Look for the Airplane icon, and enjoy your travels. If you do not have online banking, please use this form here.
How do I sign up for Online Banking?
- Click Online Banking Login (button on the top of the screen). When you opened your membership dictates your next step:
- Within 7 days: Your temporary password is the last four of your social security number.
- Longer than 7 days: You will need to text or call (920-482-3700) during business hours to have us reset your password.
- Enter your member number as your user name. (You will be required to change this in a later step)
- Enter your temporary password from step 3 above.
- You will now be asked to change your password to something special. Please note the minimum password requirements on the screen. Select “Change my Password” when completed.
- Select three security questions and corresponding answers. You will need to answer at least one security question each time you login for an additional layer of security.
- Review the Online Banking Use Agreement and click “I Accept” when you are ready, at the bottom of the page.
- Select a new username. Please note the minimum username requirements on the screen. Select “Change my Username” when completed.
RECOMMENDED NEXT STEPS
- Select “eStatements”, and select “I would like to receive my statements electronically,” and enter your preferred email address. Selecting eStatements adds an additional layer of security to your membership with Shoreline, provides greater ease of accessing your information (including having eStatements available on your mobile app), and waives the paper statement fee.
- Select eAlerts (go to Info Center à Products and Services) and create automated alerts for activity. We recommend minimum balance alerts to reduce the possibility of overdrawing your account.
- Enroll in our mobile app (see the instructions to the right) to access your eStatements, account activity and information, contact information for the credit union, apply for loans, deposit checks from your mobile device, and many other great features.
What number do I call to activate my Shoreline card?
1-866-762-0558. This number will also be on the sticker on the card when it first arrives. When activating the card, it will ask for the “Primary cardholder’s information” this is the information of the person whose name is on the card, not necessarily the primary member on the account.
How do I lock my card?
You can lock your credit card using the following steps:
- Login to your Shoreline Credit Union Mobile App.
- Click the More menu.
- Click the Manage My Cards icon.
- Click on the card you need to manage.
- Slide the Active/Locked slider to the status you need.
Card controls can also be found in online banking, listed just below the image of your card on the left side.
Can I use my card internationally?
Yes, enjoy flexible spending power for everyday purchases and foreign travel since MasterCard® is the most widely accepted card around the world.
Who do I call if there is Fraud on my account?
Contact our fraud department about potentially fraudulent charges at 920-482-3783.
How do I set up Direct Deposit?
Most employers have a direct deposit form for you to complete in order to deposit your paycheck into your account. Check with your HR department or let us know you need help.
You will need the Routing #: 275982102 and your full Account Number from the bottom of a check (this is longer than just your member number). Please stop in if you need further assistance or don’t have checks.
